Prior to construction, the following shall be performed:

• Environmental Protection Organization
• Environmental Protection Training

(一)Environment Protection Management Unit
The qualified personnel will be appointed to the environment protection management personnel and team leader.
The environment protection management meeting will be hold periodically.

(二)Environmental management unit should carry out the following：
1.Plan and supervise each department to handle the auditing and management of environmental protection.
2.Plan and supervise the examining and inspection of environmental protection facility.
3.Plan and implement the education training of environmental protection..
4.Implement the evaluation of environmental protection management performance , and offer the consulting service of labor environmental protection.
5.Offer the documents and suggestion of relevant labor's environmental protection.
6.Offer the other matters of environmental protection.

(三)Regular environmental meetings The issues of environmental protection and labor safety hygiene will be discussed at first on the environmental protection regular meeting. Perform the meeting conclusion strictly in accordance with the approved meeting minutes.

Environmental Protection Convention：：
(一)The engineering waste should be classified, handled in accordance with its category.
(二)The engineering waste should dump on the designated location.
(三)By the energy saving to reduce the waste of resource.
(四)By the the waste reduction and resource recovering to promote the availability of resources.
(五)To prevent the air pollution and the fire, the engineering waste shall be not burn without permission.
(六)Adopt the dust collection equipment to reduce the air pollutant emissions in the atmosphere.
(七)During the construction period, the wastewater shall not be flowed.

Environmental Planning and Management：
(一)Enact the work activities guidelines
Work activities, progress, resident daily schedule, pollution standard shall be considered for enacting the work activities guidelines.

(二)Lead low-pollution construction methods and machinery.
Adopt the low-pollution construction methods and machinery in accordance with the site.

(三)Layout and maintenance of machinery equipment
Considering the site to plan the best layout of equipment.

(四)Handling of materials and waste disposal.
The engineering waste shall be disposed by classification.

(五)Establish the environmental protection management system.
The environmental protection management plan shall be enacted in accordance with the contract pollution prevention cost.

(六)Regular engineering sessions
The engineering sessions shall be hold periodically prior to construction in accordance with the project, schedule, pollution prevention, and etc.

Environmental Protection Implementation：
(一)The investigation and examination of built buildings
Prior to construction, the contractor shall send the qualified 3rd party to perform the site and building, structure investigation.

(二)Air quality control
Prior to construction, the air pollution prevention fee shall be paid to the Government unit.
During the construction period, the spray water, clean, related cover during transportation, wash the vehicle tires, etc.

(三)Noise control
Speed down when passing the site area, low-noise vehicle, equipment maintenance, avoid the night construction.

(四)Water control
The waste water shall be disposed.
The vehicle shall be washed before leaving the site.

(五)Waste disposal control
The following prevention shall be adopted:
Prior to the construction, the earthwork plan shall be approved by the owner and received the legal documents of soil disposal.
During the construction, the excavation must dispose to legal soil disposal location.
