| The sewage sewer construction is a long-term project with high cost and large range. It shall investigate the topography, weather, population, polluting amount of this area at first, then analyzing, cooperating the urban development, to plan the whole sewage sewer construction system from the point to the face. The sewage sewer construction plan will be planned several period in accordance with the finance and criteria. For an example of Kaohsiung sewage sewerage system, it is divided into 4 area namely Nanzih sewage district, Kaohsjung sewage district, Linhai sewage district, Gaoping sewage district. The final sanitizing capacity will be 1 million tons per day. Kaohsiung city government planned the budget to perform the sewage sewer construction since 1980, till now it had been completed the 3rd tem plan, its construction belongs to the range of Kaohsiung sewage district. |
