The largest in Taiwan! The 900 MW onshore substation of the first phase of offshore wind farm in the

The 600 MW onshore substation of Orosun Energy located in the Changhua Southeast Offshore Wind Farm in Zhangbin Industrial Zone successfully opened and closed Taiwan Power Company Zhangyi last Friday, together with the first phase of the Changhua Southwest Offshore Wind Farm that was paralleled with Taipower in January this year 300 MW onshore substations, a total of 900 MW onshore substations have been successfully connected to the Taipower system, becoming the largest offshore wind power onshore substation in Taiwan that has been fully completed and energized. get ready!

The local team of VOISU has joined hands with the onshore substation turnkey project manufacturer, Xingneng Co., Ltd., a subsidiary 100% invested by Taiwan Auto-Power Symbiosis Company, has been working hard for more than three years since signing the contract in November 2018, and Xingneng is responsible for the implementation Turnkey engineering, procurement and construction of onshore substations, complete the parallel connection of onshore substations and Taipower on time and with high quality, and implement international standards for quality, health, safety and environment (QHSE) in the offshore wind power industry .

The two onshore substations of the first phase of offshore wind farms in the southeast and southwest of VOICED Changhua have also become the best example of the contribution of the offshore wind power industry to the local community, creating offshore wind power business opportunities and more than 800 direct and indirect job opportunities . The supply chain partners include Taiwan Mechatronics Engineering Service Corporation, Jixing Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. and National Taipei University, which are jointly responsible for the design and consulting, Zhongxing Electric Manufacturing switchgear, Huacheng Electric provides transformers, Ruizhu Construction is responsible for the civil engineering of land substations, and Zhenyi Construction is responsible for the construction of box culverts, etc. In addition, projects such as civil engineering, reactors, cable laying, and equipment installation will be undertaken by Taiwanese suppliers. There is also input from Zhanghua Ready-mixed Concrete Co., Ltd. and Jiulian Ready-mixed Concrete Co., Ltd. from Changhua.

Thank you for the efforts of all those involved in the construction of onshore substations and manufacturers. Next, we will continue to fully promote the construction of offshore substations and share more progress from wind farms with you.
