The turnkey project of the Shanshang-Tainan Yunong Line, after the hard work of the Zhenyi construction team, finally achieved good results. In 2018, it won three honors, including the Quality Award of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, the Golden Safety Award of the Ministry of Labor, and the Gold Award of the Engineering Association. The project has gone through a long road and is full of various difficulties and obstacles. The Zhenyi team is always treading on thin ice, step by step, and various innovative, challenging and comprehensive actions have emerged as the times require, as listed below:

 

1. The push tube and shield section crossing the expressway adopts an automatic monitoring and real-time early warning system. Before construction, MIDAS-GTS 3D numerical simulation is used to simulate the geology, and automatic subsidence measurement, automatic tilt meter for structures, inclination pipe and water level well are set up etc. The automatic warning system feeds back the monitoring data to the terminal of the engineering office at any time to achieve the early warning effect and ensure the safety of the construction. When the subsidence exceeds the warning value, it can also be notified immediately through the mobile phone text message to take emergency response measures.

 

2. The Qianshiun section of Yunong Road crossing the National Highway Zhongshan Expressway adopts a compound curve advancing construction method design to ensure the construction safety of crossing the expressway and the smooth traffic of Yunong Road. The initial excavation of about 180m adopts the push pipe method. After the equipment is converted, the steel adapter is used to connect with the RC ring during the formal excavation; Use the rear socket of the steel adapter to engage with the socket of the propulsion tube. Auxiliary measures in the planned mining and excavation construction of the R=30 sharp curve section include pouring special clay into the shield shell of the shield machine, installing micro-fixing bags after the ring piece is pushed out of the shield machine, and replacing the backfill of the ring piece with a delayed backfill grouting material. Ensure the required reaction force during the construction of the shield machine in the curved section, and prevent the collapse of the shield machine caused by over-excavation around the shield machine.

 

3. Combined with the aerial camera to conduct auxiliary work such as site survey, inspection and supervision within the working area in a timely manner, the aerial camera can inspect the construction site at different heights from 3D angles to quickly break through blind spots and solve difficulties.

 

4. Set up a "construction site real-time image monitoring system". The remote monitoring equipment is powered by solar energy, energy saving and carbon reduction, and a real-time image network e-system, providing the organizer, manufacturing supervisor and construction unit management personnel with real-time tracking of industrial safety implementation.

 

5. The MHB working well is located on Yude Street, East District, Tainan City. This area is located in a low-lying area and is close to the revetment of the Sanyegong River. Over the years, flooding often occurs when the rainy season comes. To prevent this, automatic pumping equipment is installed in the working well In addition, a flood wall with a height of 1.5m should be set up above the working well to prevent flooding in the working well.

 

6. It is planned to set up a construction access road on the shoulder of the 328k+700 south of National Highway No. 1. After many visits, communication and coordination, and proposed a land use plan and a delivery and maintenance plan, it was finally approved by the Expressway Bureau and related units as the first domestic precedent Set up construction access roads.

 

7. The MHA-2 working well is a caisson structure. Since the inner diameter of the working well is only 7.5m×4.5m, the setting of the upper and lower equipment needs to consider the safety of the operators when going up and down the working well and the space required for the propulsion equipment under the pit. The tower-type working ladder replaces the common cage-type ladder, and the structural strength has been calculated by the full-time engineers of the construction unit to be safe and sound.

 

8. Wende Road Alternative Path Curve Push Pipe Section, 7 consecutive curve radii range from R=80~R=200 respectively, and push pipe construction is difficult. During the construction, the gyroscope is used to guide the direction and the light wave of the whole measuring station is used for measurement, and the excavation management system is integrated to effectively control the excavation status and linear accuracy; the push pipe construction uses high stability sliding materials imported from Japan, the main function is to reduce pipe friction force and fill pipe gaps, improve propulsion power and construction safety.

 

9. The caisson foundation of the #1 connecting station is constructed on the mountain in the middle of the power transmission ~ under the Tainan 161kV line. In order to prevent the electric hazard caused by the crane arm touching the live body, the height of the boom is forced to be lower than the line height plus a safety distance. high.

 

10. A face recognition system is installed at the entrance and exit of the work area, and an electronic chip sensing system is installed at the entrance and exit of the limited space to implement the control of personnel entering the site; a gas detection system is installed in the limited space of the tunnel, and the detection results are displayed outside the pit. Prevent hypoxia and harmful gas poisoning hazards.

 

11. As of August 19, 2018, a total of 15 disaster prevention drills have been carried out. The scope of the drills includes industrial safety accidents, tunnel disasters, and typhoon and flood prevention. Field drills have been used to strengthen the industrial safety awareness of on-site construction workers and the response to emergencies ability.

 

12. Considering the conditions of the work area, plan the vehicle movement line, personnel movement line and rest area, and set up temporary toilets; the rest area is also equipped with a water mist cooling system, and salt flake drinking water is prepared for construction workers to replenish electrolytes in a timely manner. The awning reduces the risk of heat hazards; blood pressure monitors, scales, and ear thermometers are set up for construction workers to manage their personal health; management personnel of the construction unit walk around and supervise from time to time, caring about the physical and mental conditions of employees, and establishing a friendly workplace environment.

 

The construction of Yunong substation and line engineering is an important policy established by the government. Taipower Corporation and the turnkey team are actively planning new lines and construction methods to respond to local demands. In order to complete the delivery task, the Zhenyi team went all out without fear of difficulties, and all kinds of difficulties were finally resolved.
